Los combates en esta rep&uacute;blica &eacute;tnicamente mixta han superado en pocos d&iacute;as las cotas de brutalidad y violencia alcanzadas en Croacia. La coincidencia entre la reuni&oacute;n de Luxemburgo, la llegada de las primeras tropas de&nbsp;<em>cascos azules</em>&nbsp;a Croacia y el nuevo estallido de las hostilidades en Bosnia-Herzegovina y Croacia responde a una l&oacute;gica que, impuesta en el proceso de la disoluci&oacute;n de Yugoslavia por el presidente serbio Slobodan Milosevic, &eacute;ste ya no controla totalmente. La direcci&oacute;n serbia en Belgrado utiliz&oacute; con mucho &eacute;xito esta alternancia de disposici&oacute;n negociadora ficticia o real y violencia armada en el conflicto con Croacia.</p>\r\n<div id=\"elpais_gpt-INTEXT\" data-google-query-id=\"CNe1l6vnmdUCFQ2IUQodNgoOkA\">\r\n<div id=\"google_ads_iframe_/7811748/elpais_web/diario/intext_0__container__\"><iframe id=\"google_ads_iframe_/7811748/elpais_web/diario/intext_0\" title=\"3rd party ad content\" name=\"google_ads_iframe_/7811748/elpais_web/diario/intext_0\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" data-integralas-id-f87665ce-9603-d5d7-3611-ce866503c5d0=\"\"></iframe></div>\r\n</div>\r\n<p>Fuertes disturbios provocados por miembros&nbsp;<em>incontrolados</em>&nbsp;de la guerrilla serbia creaban una situaci&oacute;n dram&aacute;tica y hechos consumados en el terreno militar. Despu&eacute;s, Belgrado o sus representantes en comunidades serbias militarizadas, acud&iacute;an a las negociaciones advirtiendo contra cualquier medida que no encajara con sus exigencias, blandiendo amenazas de males peores y violencias m&aacute;s terribles.</p>\r\n<p>As&iacute;, Serbia y sus aliados lograron mantener a la CE paralizada durante seis meses hasta que uno de los miembros de &eacute;sta, Alemania, impuso en Bruselas el reconocimiento de Croacia y Eslovenia. Como hab&iacute;a logrado en Croacia hace un a&ntilde;o, Belgrado induce ahora a los serbios en Bosnia-Herzegovina a la insurrecci&oacute;n. Agita temores hist&oacute;ricos y la fobia anti-isl&aacute;mica de la importante minor&iacute;a serbia en Bosnia-Herzegovina para dificultar un reconocimiento que dejar&iacute;a el proyecto yugoslavo de Milosevic reducido a la m&iacute;nima expresi&oacute;n de la alianza serbio-montenegrina.</p>\r\n<p>Sin Bosnia, Serbia no contar&iacute;a con comunicaci&oacute;n terrestre con la regi&oacute;n de Krajina en Croacia que Milosevic y otros nacionalistas serbios m&aacute;s radicales consideran irrenunciable.
