En el documental aparecen continuamente testimonios que critican torturas de la guardia civil, la represi&oacute;n de manifestaciones por la polic&iacute;a, leyes especiales de los gobiernos como la antiterrorista o el que el estatuto de autonom&iacute;a sea s&oacute;lo un cambio formal.
